YangShuo Hotel

A white hotel of terraces, stone and still water

A white rendered volume cut by deep terraces and planted balconies gives this Yangshuo hotel a calm street presence, while a dark metal stair zigzags up another elevation. Inside, the lounge pairs textured plaster with a stacked stone wall, dark timber beams, a cane-fronted cabinet and an open fireplace. A courtyard centers on a flowering tree in a shallow reflecting pool, set against black-framed glazing beneath a timber soffit.
