FireFish Sushi

A sushi restaurant under a canopy of blossom

Beneath a dark ceiling scattered with pink blossom, paper parasols and lanterns, FireFish Sushi plays color and pattern against a near-black shell. Glowing red lattice screens divide the tables, and a white-tiled open kitchen faces the dining room. At the entry, dark stepping slabs set in white pebbles lead past backlit wave-pattern panels to a host stand backed by rows of daruma figures.
